When you contact us
If you call, WhatsApp or email us (including the tyre price box, which opens WhatsApp or your email app with your reg and tyre size filled in), we use your name, contact details, vehicle details and location only to answer your enquiry, quote and carry out the work. Nothing you type into the price box is stored on this website.
WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their privacy policy.
How long we keep it, and your rights
We keep job and invoice records as long as the law requires for tax and accounts. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
